Come to Cassano's for Moab' finest Italian food. Cassano's is located in the historic Poplar Place building, built as the bulwark of cattleman Fletch Hammond's expanding empire in 1886. Hammond & Sons Mercantile and Freight Co. served Grand County and surrounding areas until 1919. The adobe building has housed a variety of businesses over its long and colorful history. Before Cassano's, it was home to another Moab restaurant, the Poplar Place. |
